Diverse start-stop modes

The ATA QB-7 series products have four starting methods: voltage ramp start, current ramp start, current-limited start, and heavy load start (jump +A/B/C).

• Voltage ramp start

Suitable for heavy load starting equipment, featuring reduced starting current, adjustable parameters, and keyboard settings.

• Current ramp start

Suitable for starting fans and pump loads, featuring adaptive control, reduced starting current, adjustable parameters, and keyboard settings.

• Current-limited start

Suitable for light load starting equipment, featuring limited starting current, adjustable parameters, and keyboard settings.

• Parking methods

The ATA QB-7 series products can be divided into two parking methods: free parking and soft parking.

Superior structural design

Dual CPU structure, mutually redundant reliability design, unique compact internal structure design, convenient for users to integrate into existing systems, with built-in bypass type saving users external accessory costs and reducing equipment space occupancy.

Multiple control methods

3 relay outputs, 2 programmable logic inputs/outputs (open collector output (+12V, +24V, load current 50mA), starting and parking related parameters can be programmed and set to meet different user needs.

Comprehensive protection functions

Overcurrent, motor overload, three-phase current imbalance, over / under voltage, phase loss, overheating, underload, PTC and thyristor short circuit protection functions.

Powerful memory function

Dynamic fault memory up to 80+ entries, convenient for users to find the cause of faults at any time, regularly updated, saving storage space.

Strong scalability

Expandable functions: Internet real-time monitoring module or leakage detection module can be selected for expansion based on needs. (Both are optional accessories, but cannot be used simultaneously, only one module can be selected for expansion).

Rich system communication functions

Built-in communication port,RS-485 multi-point communication with remote terminal devices (communication protocols Modbus and Profibus optional) allows direct communication with the upper PC for remote control and remote signaling functions. (Optional accessory)

Complete display functions

LCD screen display meets various working conditions, language supports switching between Chinese and English, supports expandable display screens, convenient for use in complete cabinets.

Diverse wiring methods

Suitable for both internal and external wiring methods for motors.
